I knew I needed help, I had had counselling in the past, and I did not feel that that was a place I wanted to revisit.
Looking through an online directory, Emma jumped out at me, we could be outside! We could Walk and Talk!!
For me, it was transformational, an hour, just for me, walking through the seasons, walking through the changes I was making, with a guide. Emma challenged me, checked in with me, kept me safe when I needed and dared me to think about what life could look like. Her careful and intuitive coaching skills and the freedom of the outdoors are so well matched.
I stand in a place now, that I am absolutely sure I would have struggled to get too without working with her. I feel healthier, stronger and more sure of myself.
I don't just recommend, I say whole heartedly... Do it!!
I'm not sure I can convey the magnitude of Emma's coaching in words.
I honestly wouldn't still be in my job without it.
I'd be on long-term sick leave or I'd have resigned.
Emma's focus and incisive questioning have been so focused and insightful.
She hasn't just been 'supportive', she has questioned, challenged and affirmed and has really seen me and heard me - often seeing and hearing what I'm not.
The impact on me at work has been huge.
I have moved from a shell, a shadow or outline to something much more robust and this, along with being late diagnosed as autistic, has been life changing.
