A cancer diagnosis is life changing. In the early days focus is often on survival; learning new medical terms, implications of treatment and telling yourself not to go on Google in the middle of the night.
At some point you may be curious about where you are now, how to live in the present as well as how to move forward. Priorities might have changed and some space to explore things with a coach might be useful. Coaching is a great place to develop insight into yourself and resilience in light of the life changing event that is a cancer diagnosis.
I have direct experience of living through cancer diagnosis and treatment (2020). My experience will be different to yours but it is my experience that has fuelled my passion to use coaching to support others affected by cancer.
“Just wanted to thank you for the coaching sessions – found them really beneficial to me at the time,
helped me navigate a tough time”
