Do you ever find yourself thinking “there must be more to life than this”?
Are you a teacher, pastoral lead, social worker, therapist, volunteer or doing anything that sees you in service of others?
You might be feeling overwhelmed, lost, not sleeping well, have unhelpful eating habits, lacking confidence or just a nagging sense that you can’t carry on with the status quo but don’t know where to start.
Coaching creates a space to pause and look at things from a distance. What’s getting in the way, what matters most, what do you believe in? The answers might not be immediately clear but that’s ok – there is potential for learning whatever your starting point.
I’m passionate about working with folk to “back themselves” – you really don’t need to feel so tired for the rest of time. Here’s a chance to recalibrate and reset. My experience has been of clearing the way of the all things I thought I should be doing and tuning into my own inner voice.
Coaching is sometimes referred to as having a critical friend – someone who’s got your back, is rooting for you, wants to see you succeed in ways that matter to you and who will give you honest, constructive feedback to cut through the things that are currently getting in the way.
“Hello Emma, thank you. I feel energised after our session. Thank you very much for your focus and clarity.”
