How do you move forward when you’ve been thrown a curve ball?
I help people answer the “what now” question so they can find meaning, purpose and fulfilment in their unexpected life journey.
Walking my own path has created the passion to support others walking theirs.
I’ve navigated burn out, the unexpected end of a relationship, a cancer diagnosis and becoming childless not by choice.
When you’re tired, you want your energy back.
When you’re lost, you need a waymarker.

A lot of my coaching work involves exploring some common themes – identity, purpose and meaning.
Who am I?
What do I want?
What matters to me?
If these are the questions you keep coming back to and you’re ready to take action then get in touch as I’d love to hear from you.

My background
My work draws on both professional and personal experience. I qualified as a counsellor in 2012 and worked for over a decade in children’s mental health services, including in leadership and management posts.
Having moved away from counselling, I qualified as a coach in 2023 and now focus on being alongside others as they determine what will take them forward into the life they want to lead.
Life can be pretty rough but I love seeing people figure out what really matters to them and taking the steps to make it happen.
I’ve been in the overworking place, the what’s good enough place, the who am I place, the what do I want place, the what brings me joy place. Sound familiar? Let’s talk.
Life outside of work
I love music, reading, running, getting outdoors, hiking, eating good food with friends and early nights. I’ve started 2025 learning the Lindy Hop.
